And the Megazord's "Hanging Ten" attack friggin rocked, as did the Dino Rage Megazord. I did like the Ankylo Zord (since I like the ankylosaurus) and the Drago Zord though. The Ptera Zord was kinda useless (at least the original Pterodactyl had to absorb a bunch of hits), and the Tricera Zord was just there to complete the emsemble. I didn't like how the Thundersaurus Megazord was basically the Tyranno Zord with bigger arms. Zords: I'll be honest, I hated most of the Zords. Though I do wish he didn't transform to fight the Rangers, especially after that little preview we got in "Thunder Storm." Mesogog friggin rocked! Easily my favorite villian since early-Season 2 Zedd, this guy was just friggin evil through and through. I would've liked if they had at least given some cutaways to Zeltrax planning or whatever near the end.Įvil White Ranger Clone Was there to be evil. However, after he split from Mesogog he kinda disappeared until it was time to do a focus episode. Zeltrax was one of the more memorable henchmen (and my favorite since Goldar & Scorpina), and he had a great backstory. :/ I also liked how she started getting devious near the end when Mesogog's trust in her started waning. Except for 2 or 3 episodes, all Randall did was hand out detention slips. I feel they could have done more with her, though, especially her double-identity as Randall. B-Įlsa was a very interesting villian, especially near the end. I also liked the final moments when she handed the tape over to the Rangers. I foudn it surprising that she went out with Ethan for a while, but I'm glad she found her way to Devin. B+Ĭassidy was your typical snobby bubbleheaded blonde early on, but she came around thanks to Devin and Ethan. Devin's one of those purely nice guys you rarely see, and I like that. I loved his shyness, the fact that he was smarter than he looked, and that he and Ethan share a lot in common. Even if she wasn't a Ranger, they could've focused on her a bit more. Most of her character development came in "Legacy of Power" and "Back in Black," which is kinda sad. It was interesting seeing him trying to fight between his friends and his family, especially when Conner started harping on him over and over again. He had the coolest costume, he had the 2nd-best weapon, he had one of the cooler Zords, and he had the best storyline out of all of the characters. He seems to have matured a great deal since his days in MMPR/Zeo/Turbo. I liked how serious he was, but also found time to party around.

Tommy was pretty cool, though his dozen-episode morhped-only stint was pretty annoying. I knew exactly how he feels 90% of the time, and that is probably how I would act if I was in his shoes. A-Įthan, like Knux said, was the geek in all of us.

Still, most of her focus episodes were fun. Kira had some pretty good characterization, though after Conner went Triassic she just kinda went along for the ride. I liked that he wasn't the most trusting of the group, and his emotions were pretty broad.

Conner really did seem to be a Red Ranger-in-training instead of a professional Red Ranger, but he pulled it off well. The aim of the game is to convey a sense of true cult horror from the 80s and 90s, an over-the-top horror that sometimes has its touch of humor and extreme weirdness.Characters: I liked pretty much every character this season. Soundtrack: The game's music seeks to create an even greater immersion for the player to feel in the 80s.
